Have you found your flow today?
Life is all about finding flow, and keeping it when you get it. I have found it in many different places...in the theater and the classroom...at the golf course. I have also lost flow in those places as well. The question is how to organize one's life to ensure that you find flow as frequently as possible. It's a never ending journey, which is why I like things like theatre...and golf. Perfection is impossible and any given moment can be a disaster or a triumph.
